The St Kitts and Nevis CBI program gives potential investors three investment routes to choose from:
- The Sustainable Island State Contribution (SISC), a government fund to which the minimum contribution is $250,000
- Real estate investment shares of at least $400,000, purchase of a condo worth $400,000, or purchasing a private property worth $800,000 or more
- The Public Benefit Option (PBO), a minimum $250,000 investment in a project for the public benefit that has been approved by the government
Who's eligible?
Before applying for citizenship by investment, candidates must fulfill requirements set out by the St Kitts and Nevis CBI Unit. The main applicant must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Hold an eligible nationality
- Be in good health
- Have a clean criminal record
- Demonstrate good character
- Pass a background check
- Not have been previously denied citizenship of any country
The main applicant may include eligible family members in their application:
- Spouse
- Children under 18
- Dependent children 18 to 25 who attend school full-time
- Children over 18 who are mentally or physically challenged
